BLOCK-TYPE WELDING POSITIONER ROTARY MECHANISM DESIGN

motor selection, the choice of reducer,worm shaft and bearing all the determination and checking, and so on.
The specific process design is based on pre-load and required welding speed to determine the equipment needed to motortypes, including: motor speed, rated power,voltage and current, calculated on thebasis of this axis and the corresponding parts of
the model size, and its associatedstrength, service life can be checked. Fragment using CAD software, the relevantparts diagram, assembly drawing out.
